- Return Eligibility
General Return Window
- Standard Products: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Solar Panels: 15 days from delivery (due to technical nature)
- Wind Turbines: 15 days from delivery (due to technical nature)
- Accessories & Components: 30 days from delivery
- Installation Equipment: 30 days if unopened, 7 days if opened

Products must be:
- In original, unused condition (unless defective)
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and documentation
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts
- Not installed or modified (unless proving defect)

- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:
- Customized or special-order products made to your specifications
- Installed solar panels or wind turbines (unless warranty claim)
- Electrical components that have been wired or connected
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Products with broken seals on sealed items (batteries, inverters)
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
- Clearance or final sale items marked “non-returnable”
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Important: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned except for defects covered under warranty.
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Initiate Return Request
Log into your Solar Wind Mart account, go to "My Orders," and select the item you wish to return. Click "Request Return" and select your reason from the dropdown menu.
Wait for Approval
The vendor will review your return request within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email with approval or request for additional information (photos, description of issue, etc.).
Receive Return Label
Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email (for eligible returns). Print the label and securely package the item in its original packaging.
Ship the Item
Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location. Keep your tracking number for reference. Shipping may take 5-10 business days depending on location.
Inspection & Refund
Once the vendor receives and inspects the item (2-3 business days), your refund will be processed. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Restocking Fees
- Standard Products: 15% restocking fee for change of mind returns
- Large Equipment (Solar Panels, Turbines): 20% restocking fee
- Special Orders: 25% restocking fee
- No Restocking Fee: For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items returned with missing components, damaged packaging, or signs of use. The vendor will contact you before processing a partial refund.
- Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:
- Size/Specification Exchange: Available within 30 days for different size/model of the same product
- Defective Item Exchange: Immediate exchange for defective products within warranty period
- Color/Variant Exchange: Exchange for different color or variant if available
Exchange Process
- Contact the vendor through your order page to request an exchange
- Vendor confirms availability of the exchange item
- Return the original item following standard return procedures
- New item ships once the original is received and inspected
- No additional shipping charges for defective item exchanges
Note: If the exchange item has a higher price, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s lower, the difference will be refunded to you.
- Damaged or Defective Items
Upon Delivery
- Inspect immediately: Check your package upon delivery in front of the carrier if possible
- Document damage: Take photos of the packaging and product damage
- Report within 48 hours: Contact the vendor within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard packaging: Keep all packaging materials for inspection
After Use/Installation
For defects discovered after installation or use:
- Contact the vendor immediately with detailed description and photos
- Provide proof of proper installation and usage
- Product will be evaluated under manufacturer warranty terms
- Vendor may request professional inspection for large equipmen

- Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment

After Shipment
